I'm tired of the passive aggressive disrespect associated with the business owning world. Suddenly I find myself losing all of my hours for no reason. Really? Did I do anything wrong? I'm at the point of jaded carelessness with this job and I've only worked here for a month? Dear America's Best Value Inn Owner and Employees, I'm not sure if you noticed, but I am not a learning disabled person. Nor am I so stupid that I need you to explain to me the exact process of mopping and sweeping a floor. I know that you have been doing this for two years, and hell for some people mopping is hard. I however, do not have an issue with it. Also, I do not feel that a floor needs to be mopped in the lobby of a fairly dead hotel EVERY shift. It is a waste of floor cleaner as well as an increased risk for hotel guests. I am completely fine with your decision to cut my hours, I am a little disturbed by the lack of professionalism and respect that you have. Have a great day Chels
